About Us:
At Puddle Dock Pediatrics, we know the value of having access to a doctor who personally knows your child and your family.
We are an intentionally small, independent pediatric practice that provides a longitudinal, close relationship with your child’s pediatrician – while also focusing on modern technology, innovation, and evidence-based medical care.
From the moment families walk through our doors, they are greeted by a supportive team who takes the time to listen and empower them as they navigate their child’s growth and development.
We are looking for a dedicated Pediatrician who shares our vision of compassionate, family-centered care and wants to build lasting relationships with children and families in our community.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
- Diagnose and manage common childhood illnesses, chronic conditions, and behavioral/developmental concerns.
- Partner with parents and caregivers to provide guidance on nutrition, growth, preventive care, and overall wellness.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system to maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with our nurses, front desk staff, and community partners to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Help foster a welcoming, supportive environment where families feel heard, respected, and cared for.
What We’re Looking For:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician (MD or DO).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in New Hampshire.
- Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate, and family-focused pediatric care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to connect with children and families on a personal level.
- Comfort with EMR systems and an openness to technology and innovation in practice.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow with a small but dynamic practice.
Why Join Us?
- Monday–Friday outpatient schedule, with 1-2 nights of home call for caregivers questions and concerns, and one weekend per month for acute sick visits. No hospital/nursery call.
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, CME allowance).
- Opportunity to practice in a supportive, family-centered environment where you can build long-term relationships with patients.
- Be part of a practice that values independence, innovation, and personalized care.
- Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families every day.
