About Us:
At Puddle Dock Pediatrics, we know the value of having access to a doctor who personally knows your child and your family.
We are an intentionally small, independent pediatric practice that provides a longitudinal, close relationship with your child’s pediatrician – while also focusing on modern technology, innovation, and evidence-based medical care.
From the moment you walk through our doors, you and your child will be greeted by friendly faces who take the time to listen and empower you as you navigate your child’s growth and development.
Our pediatric practice is built on compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to helping children grow and thrive. We provide high-quality care in a warm, family-centered environment, supporting children from infancy through adolescence.
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and play a vital role in creating a positive care experience for our patients and their families.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our care team, you will:
- Support physicians and nurse practitioners in delivering comprehensive pediatric care.
- Perform triage, collect patient histories, and obtain vital signs.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered.
- Educate parents and caregivers on preventive health, growth milestones, and ongoing care needs.
- Assist with procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout visits.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all clinical and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and contribute to a welcoming, efficient clinic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in New Hampshire.
- Pediatric experience preferred, but we welcome nurses with strong clinical skills and a passion for children’s health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to connect with children and families in a compassionate, approachable way.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
Why Join Us?
- Monday–Friday outpatient schedule – no nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Competitive salary and full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off).
- Supportive, collaborative environment where your skills and input are valued.
- Opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children and their families every day.
