Our Mission

At Puddle Dock Pediatrics, we know the value of having access to a doctor who personally knows your child and your family.

We are an intentionally small, independent pediatric practice that provides a longitudinal, close relationship with your child’s pediatrician – while also focusing on modern technology, innovation, and evidence-based medical care.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you and your child will be greeted by friendly faces who take the time to listen and empower you as you navigate your child’s growth and development.

Meet Our Team

We are dedicated to working with, listening to, and caring for our patients and their families to ensure that they receive the comprehensive care and support that they need.

Alyssa Reyes Smith, MD, FAAP, IBCLC

she/her

As the daughter of a nurse and a firefighter, Dr. Smith was always destined for a life of service to others, and knew that she wanted to be a physician from a very young age. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University, where she was a coxswain for the Yale Women’s Crew team and toured internationally with her a cappella group. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania for medical school.

Dr. Smith completed her pediatric residency in the Leadership in Equity and Advocacy (LEAD) Track at Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center. She founded Puddle Dock Pediatrics in 2024 in order to deliver innovative, high-quality, accessible, and personalized care to the children of the Seacoast. She recently achieved International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification so that she may better serve newborns and their families in navigating their feeding journeys.

Brooke Jackson, MSN, RN

she/her

Brooke is a dedicated pediatric nurse committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of children. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Merrimack College. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Brooke decided she wanted to serve on the front lines of healthcare, which inspired her to pursue further education. She enrolled at Fairfield University and successfully obtained her Master’s in Nursing.

With a heart for pediatrics, Brooke is thrilled to bring her compassion to Puddle Dock Pediatrics. She is committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for her patients and their families. When she’s not in the office, Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors with family and her dog, Cru, as well as reading!

Anna Smith, MA

she/her

Anna is a Medical Assistant with a passion for pediatric care and helping children and their families. She is a recent graduate of Union College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and was a member of the women’s lacrosse team. After working as an LNA throughout college she is excited to join the team at Puddle Dock Pediatrics.

Born and raised in the seacoast area, Anna hopes to make a positive impact in her community. Eager to further her education, she plans to apply to Physician Assistant school next year with the goal of advancing her healthcare career and continuing to provide compassionate care. In her free time Anna enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Louie. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with patients at Puddle Dock!
